As Co-Founder and Principal of Elm Grove Companies, David has played a key role in transforming the firm from a two-person startup into a multi-faceted real estate investment enterprise with more than 85 employees. A creative visionary recognized for architectural concepting and innovative urban redevelopment, he has helped lead more than $350M in real estate transactions and has shaped some of New Hampshire’s most notable residential and mixed-use projects. Highly engaged in community leadership, philanthropy, and urban revitalization initiatives.
